Level 1 Remote Technician / Dispatcher

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics. This position requires strong analytical skills and will be responsible for overseeing technicians on job sites, and components of the company and its clients’ IT infrastructure as required. They will also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed.

Duties

• Assist with answering the phone during business hours.
• Log Technicians drive time logs for all techs.
• Log Check In/ Check Out of technicians on jobsites.
• Collect payment from customer.
• Create and submit jobs, taxes, and assign jobs to technicians.
• Take detailed notes from Customers on initial troubleshooting before assigning job to Technicians.
• Dispatching technicians to onsite or remote job sites.
• Follow Up with outstanding jobs and updating daily progress.
• Update/Close all outstanding jobs in company CRM daily/once job is completed.

Requirements

• Must have COMP TIA A+
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication ability and being a team player.
• Knowledgeable of IT parts and services
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Pay: $17.72 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.50 – 40.00 per week
